Vintage Smiley Face Fabric

Here is a fun nice sized piece of vintage smiley fabric that was partially sewn into a short skirt perhaps for a child. Approx. 13 X 13 on side and the same measurement on the other side. Great amount of vintage fabric for a pillow or other small projects.
